Your responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for guests, and employees at our branch office in Berlin.
  • You support the office management and the team manager.
  • You handle the internal office organization incl. ordering office material, organization of team events, meetings, and support for business trips.
  • You are responsible for the order and invoice management.
  • You ensure a transparent communication regarding office specific topics to everyone.
  • You coordinate with suppliers and make sure the office runs smoothly.
  • You take care for the visitor management and the representative office area.
  • You also will assist with our office move end of the year.
  • You can be a part to set up office rules and create a positive atmosphere in the office.
  • You also have the possibility to support in projects e.g. meeting minutes and meeting moderation.

Your profile

  • You enjoy working in the areas of communication, administration, and coordination.
  • You have first professional experience as team assistant (m/f/d), assistant (m/f/d), or office manager (m/f/d).
  • You have a personality with strong communication skills, a quick grasp and a lot of heart and soul.
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and show quick self-learning skills to use our internal tools.
  • Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in German and English, written and verbally.
