Team Manager
We are currently looking for a Team Manager, who will lead a team of existing engineers working on projects for automotive applications. The manager must have strong communication and leadership skills to provide day-to-day support to the engineering team, as well as interface with EB Project Managers and other EB team leaders to provide the resourcing needs supporting our development activities.
- Lead and grow a world-class automotive software validation team of 30+ people by recruiting, hiring, managing, and supporting employee training; monitor resource loading and resource allocations; developing personal growth opportunities
- Portfolio Management, includes delivery ownership, resource planning, quality and cost adherence across several projects running concurrently
- Competency development
- Understand industry trends, steer the team in developing the latest technology trends
- Ensure market readiness in providing end to end testing services across Automotive domains
- Enhance team’s performance and competency in-line to the organization goals & vision
- Business development
- Sales & Presales support by developing testing solutions meeting industry trends and technology advancements. Support in RFP responses and bid management
- Maintain customer relationships, enhance customer experience and drive value
- People Management
- Provide employee management by communicating assignment expectations; yearly employee goal setting and performance reviews; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
