Your responsibilities

  • Your tasks include working on architecture solutions for leading-edge automotive software.
  • You realize software architectures with highest reliability in terms of functional safety and cyber security.
  • You analyze customer features and decompose it on software level including requirements definition.
  • You are responsible for the design and evolution of software architectures for customer functions and solutions.
  • You collaborate with function developers and platform developers to find the best architectural solutions.
  • You are responsible for defining and working on proof-of-concept implementations to explore new concepts and technologies.

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a similar field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of software architecture with focus on communication systems or automotive software.
  • You have deep knowledge of embedded Software design, C++ and Linux.
  • You have a good understanding of communications protocols like socket communication, Linux IPC, TCP/IP protocol stack and TLS.
  • You are familiar with automotive platforms, standards, and protocols as well as the SAFe agile framework.
  • Having gained first experience in automotive application development with Android is a plus.
  • You are a networking person that is experienced in creating or working within architecture communities, large scale projects and distributed organizations.
  • You are open minded and eager to learn.
  • You take technical leadership and initiative to drive ideas to solutions.
