The positions will be based in Toulouse (31) or Carrières-sur-Seine (78).
Your responsibilities
- You work closely with relevant stakeholders to clarify the work needed to fulfil customer requirements
- You provide with technical details and effort estimates to support project decisions
- You perform with SW architecture and detailed SW design and document the same using Enterprise Architect
- You lead software architectural decisions
- You have a comprehensive set of execution platform (host standard environment: Windows, Linux)
- You act as a leader in the design and development of software components
- You are hands-on with the development, capable of developing the most complex components of our systems
- You carry out peer review code developed by other Elektrobit team members
- You provide coaching to junior team members
- You ensure the final work products meet the requirements and quality targets
- You proactively contribute to development process improvement activities through sprint retrospectives
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable subject area and ideally at least 10 years of professional experience
- You think in a structured and innovative way, enjoy working in a team and passionate with software development topics
- You have used Version Control tools (E.g. git, subversion, ...)
- You are able to communicate complex technical concepts to technical experts as well as to non-technical people
- You are dedicated to high quality, on-time delivery with excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English & French to communicate with our international colleagues)
- You are aware of automotive security requirements
- Ideally, you have knowledge in Classic AUTOSAR and/or Adaptive AUTOSAR
- Good sense of humor – we love to have fun and laugh with each other
