Your responsibilities

  • You accompany our transformation process towards an increasingly agile and business value focus of our product development.
  • You coach teams in lean-agile practices and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), self-organization, problem solving and goal achievement.
  • You challenge and support teams within value streams to continuously improve by enabling them to remove impediments and to work in a self-organized way.
  • You keep your agile toolbox up to date and are happy to share your agile knowledge at in-house trainings & communities of practice.
  • You develop ideas for organizational and process-related changes independently and in exchange with colleagues. In doing so, you contribute to the change of the company culture.
  • You coach other agile coaches / scrum masters.

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience as an agile coach for individuals and teams and with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Software Craftsmanship) preferably in a scaled agile framework (e.g. SAFe).
  • You have a customer focused and agile mindset.
  • You understand very well how mindset and company culture impact our transformation.
  • You have excellent communication, moderation, and facilitation skills, ideally proven in an international environment.
  • Your way of working is independent and focused on problem-solving.
