Your responsibilities

  • You support our Project Excellence Team with focus on increasing the business agility.
  • You connect and synchronize departments in the project organization.
  • You influence the project work to optimize operational workflows, by adapting and improving our way of working to traditional as well as agile project needs.
  • You define, create, and communicate relevant content and learning assets to meet the needs of the project organization to build skills and change behaviors to have tangible business impact.
  • You identify and implement further reuse concepts following the complete project lifecycle.
  • You establish and maintain a closely aligned stakeholder network to distribute the way of working and set up a corresponding circular flow economy.
  • You support in the creation and maintenance of a tool supported communication structure and publishing concept.
  • You drive foundational and continuous learning programs, including training content creation, on-demand course delivery, and instructor-led training.
  • You gather best practices from top performers, develop and institute training materials and programs based on those best practices.
  •  You act as sparring partners for all stakeholders on topics related to (agile) organizational development.
  • You coordinate work results in your area of competence and take care to comply with our quality standards.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration or comparable qualifications and corresponding practical experience.
  • Ideally, you have a technical and editorial background as well as the ability to understand complex projects.
  • You have spent a few years in the business process optimization environment.
  • You have experience in creating and managing learning programs and experiences.
  • You have excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • You have strong presentation and communications skills (effective at leading and facilitating meetings and workshops).
  • You are a fast learner, are self-organized and are not afraid to tackle things.
  • You get things done quickly and your solution-oriented and appreciative thinking makes lifelong learning part of your everyday work.
  • You are proficient in creating communication channels.
  • You have the proven ability to drive collaborative approaches across geographic and team structures.
  • Experience with agile frameworks (e. g. SAFe) is considered as a plus.
  • You are well versed in working with the complete MS Office tool landscape, a benefit would be if you have experience with Confluence, Jira, Power BI.
  • Your profile is completed by your profound English and German skills (written and spoken).
