This is a flexible part-time position, targeted at 20-29 hours per week in our Bothell, Washington office. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for team members, visitors, customers, and interview candidates. The ideal candidate will work in the office every day to cover deliveries (9am), shipping (2:30pm), mail collection and scanning, “office logistics”, and events, but otherwise the position allows for work-from-home flexibility (as approved/agreed with supervisor). There is an option for additional hours on an ad-hoc basis to support special projects and to backfill for other support staff during vacations.
