Your responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for team members, visitors, customers, and interview candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Bothell office and management team.
  • Duties will include shipping and receiving, distributing mail, restocking supplies and routing documents for signature.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics and review expense reports in accordance with travel policy.
  • Support our HR team with the following: Interview scheduling, organize and plan team events, maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical), may assist with collecting and reviewing new hire paperwork, completing I-9 forms, onboarding, service anniversaries, wellness program, tuition assistance program and participation in our Employee Engagement Team.
  • Support our accounting and purchasing teams by initiating and managing purchasing requests.
  • Administrative liaison between our US offices and our office in Erlangen, Germany.

Your profile

  • 5+ years working in an administrative support role.
  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with complex business tooling (i.e., SAP) is a plus!
  • Detail oriented and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Well organized in a highly multitasked environment.
  • Team player in a distributed multi-site team environment.
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to bring new ideas to the team.
  • Positive attitude with great follow through.
