Role: Architect (Adaptive AUTOSAR)
Experience – 10 to 14 years
Working location - Bangalore


 

Responsibilities

  • Defines architecture and design of middleware and reference application software based on Linux and Adaptive AUTOSAR for high-performance computing platforms for embedded automotive applications
  • Work independently and should be able to guide the team technically
  • Requirements analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Testing & Documentation.
  • Elaboration of technical documentation and reports
  • New Application ideas and development
  • Present Papers, tech talks and conduct trainings
  • Automation to improve with productivity
  • Estimation of activities.
  • Delivering the software as per the set quality std.
  • Guide team on building Automation of validation scripts to enhance nightly CI/CD tests and stress tests
  • Collaborate effectively with global software engineering teams
  • Work with a team of brilliant engineers

Requirements:

Must Haves
  • A Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics or related subjects
  • At least 10 years of experience in Automotive software development
  • Experience in defining system level architecture and design based on Linux based systems for automotive embedded applications
  • Strong experience in programming in either C++11/14/17 in Linux based systems
  • Good Hands-on experience with design patterns, OOPS concepts in automotive Embedded systems
  • Experience working with UML modelling tools like Enterprise Architect
  • Excellent debugging and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Strong computer science fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Embedded SW development process (full V-cycle)
  • Knowledge of ASPICE and Agile (SCRUM, KanBan) methodologies
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Presentation of concepts and solutions
Good to Have
  • Microcontrollers knowledge
  • Expertise in AUTOSAR based Linux architecture
  • Familiarity with technologies for high-performance computing such as hypervisors etc.
  • Experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR or similar middleware is an added advantage
  • Scripting language e.g. Python
  • Soft skills: result orientation, good communication skills, ability to analyze and organize, team player, presentation of concepts and solutions
  • Familiarity with model-driven engineering
  • Experience working in RTOS like QNX
