Your responsibilities
- You define highly dependable automotive software modules and components for our systems based on Adaptive AUTOSAR.
- You specify automotive software solutions according to customer requirements or internal product roadmap including features, sequences and interfaces.
- You take care that test results from components in your responsibility are reflected and you interact with developers to find solutions.
- You interface with system architects and experts in all software related areas of automotive software development.
- You maintain architectural documentary for the assigned modules.
- You identify, generate and promote reusable work products and concepts.
Your profile
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (Electronics), or equivalent working experience.
- You have several years of experience in embedded software development in a larger team and first experiences in the role software architect.
- You have experience in usage of software modelling tools (e. g. Enterprise Architect).
- You have understanding of the Adaptive AUTOSAR standard.
- You have a profound understanding of embedded CPUs (e.g. ARM Cortex-A) and embedded software architecture.
- You are experienced in POSIX compatible operating systems (e.g. Linux, QNX).
- Knowledge of process standards (e. g. Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262) is a plus.
- You have an autonomous way of working.
- You have an analytic working style.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You are always interested in learning new things.
- You appreciate an independent and result-oriented way of working.
- You are a self-confident personality with team player capabilities.
- You have good communication skills: English language is a must, German a plus.
