We are currently looking for an Account Manager (AM) to join our Pangyo office. The AM is the interface for global business of the assigned accounts, responsible to foster customer relationships and develop business across EB’s portfolio of automotive software services and products. The AM is responsible to develop and execute the global business strategy for the key accounts and define the appropriate measures for implementation.

Your responsibilities

  • You will create, manage and coordinate an effective strategy for assigned accounts that expands the current business and positions of EB to win new business
  • You will conduct proactive hunting and relationship building to secure more quoting opportunities
  • You will identify decision makers
  • You will initiate continuous customer contact to develop positive long-term business relationships
  • You will meet annual targets in order to grow profitable business supporting the overall company goals
  • You will assess the competitor situation at key accounts relative to EB products and services both for each opportunity and strategically long-term
  • You will lead the quotation process, coordinating with technical departments, product sales, and product management as needed
  • You will be responsible to develop pricing
  • You will negotiate framework contracts and terms and conditions of business
  • You will understand industry trends, the automotive ecosystem, and global markets
  • You will analyze sales performance for assigned accounts
  • You will submit reports to management on a timely basis
  • You will maintain sales pipeline forecast

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent required; Master’s Degree a plus
  • You have several years of experience in technical sales or project management
  • You have experience in selling software and related consultancy services in the automotive market, such as autonomous driving, ADAS, connected mobility, OTA, infotainment, etc. preferred.
  • You have experience in working with automotive OEMs and tier ones
  • You have proven track record in meeting or exceeding assigned quotas
  • You have experience in selling and scaling in a multi-million dollar business
  • You have the ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization internally and with customer
  • You have the ability to position products 
  • You are proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You have experience in negotiating contracts and writing proposals
  • You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • You are customer and client oriented 
  • You are open towards periodic international travel with overnight stay
