Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining test environments (flash, configuration, customer support).
  • You identify and drive improvements to the validation toolchain.
  • You are responsible for the independent configuration of a python-based test framework.
  • You are responsible for test design and implementation of test automation e.g. within a python-based test framework.
  • You are responsible for test design for manual test cases.
  • You perform automated and manual software tests.

Your profile

  • You have knowledge and experience in the field of vehicle bus communication (e.g. CAN, Automotive Ethernet, MOST).
  • You have experience in handling hardware components ideally ECU, Vector HW Interfaces, Lauterbach Debugger HW or you are willing to learn it.
  • You have knowledge and experience in the field of internode communication (e.g. SPI).
  • You have knowledge and sound experience in using various tools (especially python-based test frameworks and vector tools such as CANoe / CANoe.DiVa).
  • You have experience in software development and have programming skills in Python.
  • You have knowledge of the architecture of test automation frameworks.
  • You are experienced in rolling out test automation solutions.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of integration test concepts and their application for automotive embedded systems.
  • You are familiar with CI (Continuous Integration) / CD (Continuous Delivery) approaches (concepts, tools).
  • You have experience in testing manual tests and test automation.
  • You have good coordination and communication skills.
